Pankaj Banka

Pankaj heads the Enterprise IT operations at The Silicon Partners. He manages the strategy, sales and delivery of TSP’s Enterprise IT solutions. With over 18 years of global IT experience, he has led multi million dollar SAP projects across the globe.

Prior to joining TSP, Pankaj was the Practice Director for the Global Application Management and Transformation Practice at KPIT where he was responsible for delivery for all SAP AMTS projects. Apart from the AMTS leadership role, he was very instrumental in leading the Enterprise Tools and Accelerators team in building tools around Robotic Process Automation for SAP Business Processes.

Pankaj lives in Folsom, CA with his wife and two kids and enjoys playing Cricket and is actively involved with his son’s cub scouts troop.
