Sandeep Mathur is the head of SAP Practice at The Silicon Partners Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in IT Consulting, SAP Practice, Business Development, Digital Transformation and Large-scale Program Management. Prior to joining The Silicon Partners, he had been responsible for managing Key Accounts, SAP Practice development – New technologies, IPs and Solution Development, SAP Alliance collaboration, implementing Go-to-Market programs, lead pursuits and deliver SAP S/4HANA projects.

Marvin has over 30 years of HXM Process Transformation and HXM Systems Experience.  His background includes helping organizations find process improvements within the human capital process areas and the related experiences that go with it.  He has previously worked at a “Big 5” type of consulting firm for over 9.5 years and lead their entire Western Business Unit for their Human Capital Management and Process Improvement Practice.  Marvin has been featured in several conferences held by SAP including the Utilities and Oil and Gas Conference in Berlin Germany in 2015 as well as at SAPPHIRE NOW 2018 in conjunction with fellow colleague Dean Nawaz on best practices regarding time management and payroll.  He was previously SAP Payroll instructor as well as instructor at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Training Program in Human Capital Management.

Pankaj heads the Enterprise IT operations at The Silicon Partners. He manages the strategy, sales and delivery of TSP’s Enterprise IT solutions. With over 18 years of global IT experience, he has led multi million dollar SAP projects across the globe.

Prior to joining TSP, Pankaj was the Practice Director for the Global Application Management and Transformation Practice at KPIT where he was responsible for delivery for all SAP AMTS projects. Apart from the AMTS leadership role, he was very instrumental in leading the Enterprise Tools and Accelerators team in building tools around Robotic Process Automation for SAP Business Processes.

Pankaj lives in Folsom, CA with his wife and two kids and enjoys playing Cricket and is actively involved with his son’s cub scouts troop.

Ravi is the founder and CEO of The Silicon Partners (TSP)– a fast growing IT consulting firm focused on Enterprise IT. Ravi founded TSP in 2016 and has been instrumental in growing TSP to its current levels.

Ravi started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. He setup a dot com company in early 2000s – a performance based loyalty program for users in India & US and achieved over 10-million user base and over million dollars in sales within a year. His next venture was a Sales  & Marketing Services company for Technology clients. He then spent over a decade and half with large IT setups like Rapidigm, Fujitsu Consulting, Sparta Consulting & KPIT. He was always involved with intrapreneurial initiatives and setting-up newer business lines & geographies for these large corporations.

Ravi is passionate about trying new things and being involved in a high-pace environment. His love for Technology, People and Growth has kept him absorbed in the Services Business for almost two decades.

Martin is a Partner and Head of Global Marketing and Communications at The Silicon Partners. Martin have over 25 years experience in the IT industry and has led sales and delivery teams on successful implementations. He now leads TSP in promoting better brand recognition, building marketing plans with the sales teams for effective outreach campaigns and stratigically aligning with key partners to help TSP deliver innovative solutions to help enterprises transform their businesses.

Bruno is a Senior executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments. Extensive experience with highly engineered systems, which require a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries; highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments. Customer-focused and performance-driven.

Bruno is helping companies and people to achieve their highest performance, through business technologies and benchmarks. Now, as SVP of TSP’s SAP Latin American Unit, he is responsible for LAC and North America operation and business development operations, including market competitiveness, alliances, compensation, and channel strategy.

With more than 15 years of experience in the SAP Market, Bruno had participated in several big projects bring his knowledge and expertise to clients such as British Petroleum, Volkswagen, Bunge, Anglo American, and others.

Sales leader and Senior Vice President of Sales at TSP, responsible for the strategic vision, execution and continued growth of TSP’s strategic lines of business. Leads the sales organization that takes to market TSP’s services of SAP, Cloud ERP, RPA and other consulting services.

Matt’s experience and focus has demonstrated to do well in both high-growth entrepreneurial environments as well as large, market-leading companies. For the past 15 years Matt has been focused on driving high-growth sales in the complex technology market. Matt helped clients in solving difficult business problems through benefits-led consulting, managed services and outsourcing.

David heads the sales department of The Silicon Partners. Prior to joining TSP, David was the Vice President, SAP Alliance at KPIT.  David was directly responsible for complete ownership of establishing and growing KPIT SAP partner program and relationships supporting strategic objectives and revenue goals for all technology areas and focused industries.  He served as liaison between SAP and KPIT Field Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales momentum via industry and offering focused account planning, multi-touch sales plays and campaigns.

Jitender heads the consulting operations of TSP. He is a result-driven Talent Acquisition Leader with over 15 years of progressive experience, strong business acumen, ability to influence, critical and creative thinking, and contagious enthusiasm

Lokesh is an advisor to the board of The Silicon Partners and  the Founding Partner and Managing Director at Moneta Ventures. Lokesh was the Founder of Sparta Consulting Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as the Co-Chairman and Key Principal of Sparta Consulting Inc. He served as Joint Head of SAP trategic Business Unit at KPIT Technologies Limited (formerly, KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd). He was responsible for cultivating its SAP Practice into one of the ten largest SAP consulting practices in the nation. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Rapidigm, Inc. since July 2005. He joined Rapidigm Inc. in 1996. In December 2000, he started Rapidigm Inc.’s offshore operations in India. Since January 2004, he served as Managing Director of all the Practices at Rapidigm Inc. He began his career at Price Waterhouse as a Price Waterhouse consultant with Intel Corp. and received multiple performance related awards during his tenure with Price Waterhouse. He serves as a Director of 5th Planet Games Inc. Lokesh graduated with an Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences Degree from University of California, Berkeley.

Denise Ferre is an advisor to the board of The Silicon Partners. Prior to joining Moneta Ventures, Denise was the CFO and co-founder at Sparta Consulting, a global IT consulting firm. She spearheaded the financial operations of the $100+ million company with over 1,500 employees. Besides the financial operations, Denise was also responsible for HR, IT and legal departments at Sparta . Before Sparta, Denise was the Business Unit Controller at Rapidgm, a global IT consulting firm, and later assumed the role of U.S. Controller when the firm was acquired by Fujitsu in 2006. Denise has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting

Probodh is an entrepreneur and an industry veteran for the last 25 years.  He has a unique ability of both being a visionary, as well as building and driving operations. Combining the value of business and industry expertise along with advancement in digital technology, he has helped many organizations become successful and monetize on their technology investments.

He is passionate about both – frugal innovation on the new edge technologies, as well as large enterprise digital programs across industries including Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Life Sciences, Services,  and Smart Cities including Fed & SLED government.

Probodh uses technology to best transform an Organization’s Vision, build Strategy for harmonizing Processes & Applications, creating integration, and eventually workstyle to create maximum value for customers!  Utilizing the value of AI, Analytics & Experience, he leads the company’s product & market development efforts for sustainability as a platform as well as a SaaS persona-based app.

As a key member of the Executive Management, Probodh led the Digital Transformation Business Unit at KPIT. He led the company into building propositions that helped create differentiated customer experience, increase operational efficiencies, and create new business models for customers.  Helping eventually build the business value of over $200 million over 5 years. Through transformative initiatives, his business unit helped organizations drive value through the utilization of technologies, including iCAMS (Internet of Things, Cloud, Analytics, Mobility and Social Intelligence). His key areas of focus include thought leadership in digital business transformation, business strategy & solutions with customers, and driving customer success through zero-defect execution. With global responsibility across industry verticals and delivery for the practices, Probodh was responsible for the digital thought leadership across KPIT.

Beyond work, Probodh’s passion lies in music, tennis, teaching, and spending time with his wife, three children and two dogs!

Successful C-suite executive, board member, and CPA with over 27 years of leadership experience. Strategically engineered the growth of a family-owned regional $300 million broadliner to a top ten domestic foodservice distributor with $3.8 billion in revenue. Over three decades of leadership experience in various industries, including wholesale distribution, banking, consulting and advisory services, formation and sale of SaaS entities, and public accounting.

Currently, the President of Baker Beyea (pronounced Bee-A). Baker Beyea offers advisory and consulting services in various industries, focusing on privately held and family-owned businesses. Services include executive leadership coaching, planning and executing revenue growth initiatives, gross margin enhancement, identifying and implementing cost efficiency strategies, process automation, working capital management improvement, human capital engineering, capital raises, and buy/sell transactions. Actively managing a portfolio of investments in flex space, digital marketing, e-learning, environmentally friendly disposable cutlery, and minor league baseball. Board member for the third-largest domestic dental distributor and advisory board member for two early-stage technology companies.

Nazir is a business executive with a long track record of success and a wide network of relationships in the IT industry. Nazir was the founder of Logic Point Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Logic Point became one of the first partners of SAP-America in the utility industry. Nazir is also a seasoned SAP architect who led one of the first Industry Solution for Utilities projects in North America to success. His commitment to meeting client-needs as well as his transparency and integrity have been recognized by clients and peers alike. With over 25 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals, Nazir has put together many winning teams in US, Canada and the Middle East. Nazir has received several awards and accolades from various clients for his outstanding leadership. Nazir has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Finance.

Chris has 30+ years of experience in enterprise software leadership and he believes that hiring the best, earning a customer’s trust, and having a positive outlook are the top three keys to success in building a “built-to-last” company.

Most recently, Chris was the President and founding team member of Ridgeline, an Enterprise Investment Management Software company founded by Dave Duffield.  Chris has held senior positions at SAP,  PeopleSoft, Oracle, Siebel Systems, and DocuSign. Chris is an active Board Member and Advisor to a number of Enterprise SaaS companies where he brings significant operational experience.
