Ravi started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. He setup a dot com company in early 2000s – a performance based loyalty program for users in India & US and achieved over 10-million user base and over million dollars in sales within a year.
His next venture was a Sales & Marketing Services company for Technology clients. He then spent over 15 years with large IT setups like Rapidigm, Fujitsu Consulting, Sparta Consulting & KPIT where he was always involved with intrapreneurial initiatives, setting-up newer business lines & geographies for these large corporations.
Ravi is passionate about trying new things and being involved in a high-pace environment. His love for Technology, People and Growth has kept him absorbed in the Services Business for almost two decades.

With over 18 years of global IT experience, Pankaj has led multi million dollar SAP projects across the globe.
Prior to joining TSP, Pankaj was the Practice Director for the Global Application Management and Transformation Practice at KPIT where he was responsible for delivery for all SAP AMTS projects. Apart from the AMTS leadership role, he was very instrumental in leading the Enterprise Tools and Accelerators team in building tools around Robotic Process Automation for SAP Business Processes.
Pankaj lives in Folsom, CA with his wife and two kids and enjoys playing Cricket and is actively involved with his son’s cub scouts troop.

David heads the sales department of The Silicon Partners. Prior to joining TSP, David was the Vice President, SAP Alliance at KPIT.
David was directly responsible for complete ownership of establishing and growing KPIT SAP partner program and relationships supporting strategic objectives and revenue goals for all technology areas and focused industries. He served as liaison between SAP and KPIT Field Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales momentum via industry and offering focused account planning, multi-touch sales plays and campaigns.

Now, as SVP of TSP’s SAP Latin American Unit, he is responsible for LAC and North America operation and business development operations, including market competitiveness, alliances, compensation, and channel strategy.
With more than 15 years of experience in the SAP Market, Bruno had participated in several big projects bring his knowledge and expertise to clients such as British Petroleum, Volkswagen, Bunge, Anglo American, and others.

Before Sparta, Denise was the Business Unit Controller at Rapidgm, a global IT consulting firm, and later assumed the role of U.S. Controller when the firm was acquired by Fujitsu in 2006.
