SAP Public Cloud vs. SAP Private Cloud

S/4HANA Cloud is a brand name for two very different products.

  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

SAP’s Public Cloud provides new SAP customers with a complete ERP system in the Cloud. SAP’s Public cloud is a SaaS solution where every customer needs to share the same Cloud.   •  New XXS tier for 60 to 135 users from JAN 2022 with new price points, including a two-system landscape (DEV + PRD) (Can add a 3rd non-productive tier at additional cost)
  • Customers may choose the infrastructure provider and location (for free) in tiers 2-9 (update for September 2022)
  •  All Tier 1 deals will now be SAP DC (as of September 5, 2022)
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the extended edition, has been removed from the pricelist.
  • SAP extended services for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (8012320), is the successor offering for customers requiring advanced cloud qualities.
