The Silicon Partners Inc. (TSP) announces agreement to acquire iXerv Americas

FOLSOM, California,  April 2021 – BUSINESS WIRE – The Silicon Partners, Inc. (“TSP”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire iXerv Americas (“iXerv”), an SAP SuccessFactors services provider with SAP Recognized Expertise and Gold Partnership status, to provide SAP Human Experience Management (HXM) business transformation and Qualtrics management services along with its current SAP S/4HANA, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) professional services and solutions.

Key Transaction Highlights

TSP entered into a definitive agreement to acquire iXerv Americas, a pan-Americas SAP services provider with presence in the United States, Caribbean, and Latin America. The combined entity, which will operate as TSP, effective immediately, will now have offices in United States (Folsom, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami), Latin America (Brazil, Chile, and Mexico), Caribbean (Puerto Rico), Europe (Belgium), India (Noida and Pune) and China (Shanghai) and will focus on SAP S/4HANA services, SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Robotic Process Automation via UiPath, Procurement Business Transformation via AppOrchid, Application Management Services (AMS) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning across all business units and industries for enterprise customers.

The following organizational changes will take effect immediately:

  1. Luke Marson, President and Co-Founder of iXerv, will become Senior Vice President of the TSP HXM business unit
  2. Bruno Silva, CEO of iXerv Americas, will become Senior Vice President of the TSP Latin America SAP services line of business
  3. Marvin SooHoo, will assume a dual role and become Co-Chairman of TSP and Executive Vice President – Innovations
